£13,35 per hour

we are looking for motivated and hardworking Joiners to join our Property Services team.

The successful candidates will become part of a committed team of skilled trades personnel who carry out in the main, kitchen and bathroom refurbishment work in customers’ homes throughout the borough.

The successful candidates will have excellent customer care skills and consistently deliver high quality work. They will take pride in their work, possess an element of multi-skilling and will ideally have a good understanding of working in a Local Authority or in the social housing sector.

The successful candidates will be required to work in accordance with current legislation, British Standards, Codes of Practice, safe systems of work and recognised industrial standards. They should also be able to read drawings and identify all necessary materials to carry out the work.
