An expanding Stoke-on-Trent based fire and security services company is seeking a Service Team Leader to manage a team of engineers and oversee service delivery to the company’s portfolio of Quick Service Restaurants clients.

As the Service Team Leader you will be responsible for:
Managing the delivery of high-quality services to clients, ensuring expectations are met.
Overseeing work schedules and on-call rotas for reactive call-outs.
Monitoring of ticket escalations and dealing with any technical support incidents promptly.
Coaching, mentoring, managing KPI’s and performance, ensuring goals and objectives are met.
Assisting in the recruitment and training of new team members and identifying skill gaps and opportunities for further training.
Managing procedural compliance, ensuring team members adhere to correct work processes.
The Service Team Leader will have the following skills and experience:
Effective communicator with the ability to motivate and inspire others as well as build rapport quickly and maintain long-term professional relationships both internally and externally.
Organised problem-solver with excellent reporting and documentation skills.
Previous experience in fire and security services or technical support is essential, as is experience in a leadership/management role.
You will be working 37.5 hours per week from the office in Stoke-on-Trent between 9.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
