Ideal Candidate

Energetic leader passionate about team and customer experience
Experienced Assistant Store Manager or Deputy Manager, managing in a service-oriented environment
Skilled in developing teams to deliver first-class customer service and achieve sales targets
Positive, people-focused, and customer-centric leader
Able to prioritize, anticipate changes, and implement effective solutionsKey Responsibilities

As the Assistant Store Manager you will support the Store Manager in daily store operations and team management
Drive key performance indicators to achieve outstanding results through your team
Communicate effectively and resolve issues with clear direction
Lead by example, demonstrating a hands-on approach to encourage your team
