About the Role
Join our esteemed Specialist Cars team in Cheltenham as a Parts Advisor. This position is perfect for an organised and detail-oriented professional who is dedicated to providing exceptional service in a luxury automotive environment. You will be instrumental in supporting the Parts Department, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the efficient functioning of the Parts Department, managing the collection and delivery of goods and customer vehicles.

* Deliver prompt and courteous service to both external and internal customers.

* Maintain precise records of stock and sales, ensuring efficient processing of goods.

* Collaborate with the wider team to assist with various operational tasks.

Essential Skills:

* Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive industry.

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

* A passion for the luxury automotive sector and a basic understanding of luxury vehicle brands.

* Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and customers.
