Job Role: Learning Mentor for Secondary School in Manchester

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people and have experience working with children with SEND needs? If so, AAA SOLUTIONS is recruiting for a dedicated Learning Mentor to join our team and help shape the futures of students in Manchester.

Position: Learning Mentor

Location: Secondary School, Manchester

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 (depending on experience)

Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide one-to-one support to students with behavioural and emotional needs.

* Help students develop positive attitudes towards learning and life.

* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure each child receives the best possible support.

* Create and implement individual action plans to address specific needs and track progress.

* Use mentoring techniques to help students build self-esteem and resilience.

Requirements:

* Experience as a mentor, particularly with children with SEND needs, in the UK.

* An enhanced DBS check.

* Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping young people succeed.
