Job Description for the Transport Coordinator role that you will gain experience in are as follows:
Being involved in transport admin and account management for clients
Chasing deliveries for clients
Planning and routing the fleet of vehicles and the drivers
Dealing with customer enquiries and bookings
Liaising with warehouse staff for the planning of loadings etc
Learning to cost the jobs for clients
Using bespoke IT systems to ensure efficiency within the process It would be good to see candidates with the following experience:
A strong work ethic
Good customer service
Previous administration experience
Experience working in a transport office is an advantage
Someone who can multi-task and work in a varied role. Hours: 9:00 am- 6:00 pm
Salary: £28,000 Per Annum
