Due to a newly created position within their established Utilities team, Moxie People are partnering with a leading private consultancy to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their utilities projects in the Exeter area.

Purpose of the Role:

Bring cost management expertise to major utilities contracts within the Exeter region.
Enhance service delivery capabilities while promoting skill capture, sharing, and improvement.
Ensure timely project delivery within budget.
Mentor and coach team members.
Ensure Health & Safety and Quality Assurance standards are upheld.
Communicate project strategies, briefs, and client requirements effectively.
Drive service delivery, achieving technical and commercial outcomes.About You:

Degree qualified and MRICS or MAPM qualified (or working towards chartered status).
Essential experience in managing projects under NEC3 contracts.
Excellent communication skills in client-facing environments.Benefits:
