What you'll be doing;

Weighing in drivers

Driver Inductions

Completing driver paperwork

Raising work orders on salesforce, and printing job tickets.

Updating Weighbridge Tracker from production log with details of loads in and out including commercials.

Raising purchase requisitions on workday.

Confirm sales work orders on salesforce, including invoicing and resolving invoice disputes.

Organise and communicate purchase order requisitions and comply with purchase ordering procedures

Manage purchase order receipting for service contracts

Dealing with and resolving supplier invoice issues
