Nexgen Locum are recruiting for an OFSTED Registered manager in Gloucester.

Your Role:

To be responsible for the overall management and day to day running of services / service-users either as Registered Manager in accordance with Care Quality Commission, or managing services under the supervision of a Registered Manager. Managers are responsible for providing quality support and life experiences to the people that use the service based upon the six basic values of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights and fulfilment. Service Users will have complex needs and the role of the Service Manager will be to ensure the Support Workers, Senior Support Workers and Deputy Managers understand and appropriately respond to each individual’s needs, ensuring that there are always appropriately skilled levels of staffing and that daily, weekly and monthly auditing evidences quality and compliance with internal and external requirements and regulations.

Requirements:

Must have 2 years' experience as a children's home manager and have experience of going through an OFSTED inspection.

Full time, Permanent

Salary £50,000 per annum
