Job Title: Contracts Administrator
Location: Ashford
Job Type: Full time/permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
HRGO are delighted to be supporting our Ashford based client in their search for a Contracts Administrator, this a great opportunity to join a wonderful team and business.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and evaluate contract proposals and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Manage and oversee the contract lifecycle from negotiation through completion.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate contract terms and resolve any discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and organised contract records and databases for easy retrieval and reference.
Conduct thorough analyses of contractual terms and conditions to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Assist in the development and implementation of contract management policies and procedures.
Qualifications/Skills required:
Experience working with contracts (admin) would be preferred but not essential
Willingness to undertake complex training
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
