Salary: £24,000 + Bonus Scheme (O.T.E)

Join a growing online retailer based in Guildford, who have a brand new opening to become part of their successful Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, responding to customer inquiries promptly.
Create accurate quotes, manage orders, and follow up with customers.
Build rapport with clients, identify key decision-makers, and understand their needs.
Manage customer escalations and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Stay updated on stock availability, competitors, and market trends.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and support trade show events/
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
Strong communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Excel; experience with CRM systems is a bonus.
