We are seeking a dynamic Lead Qualification and CRM Administrator to oversee and enhance our lead qualification and customer relationship management processes. This role involves evaluating potential leads, guiding them through initial stages of the sales funnel, and ensuring effective CRM maintenance, and data integrity. This position requires an individual who is both strategic and hands-on, with a good understanding of CRM platforms, sales processes, and lead qualification strategies.
This role is a hybrid opportunity, however will require onsite working at our Fareham location (PO15 5RL) for up to 3 working days per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Evaluation: Assess incoming leads to identify quality prospects, using criteria based on market internal benchmarks,
* Lead Scoring and Prioritization: Develop and manage a lead scoring system to prioritize leads based on likelihood to convert.
* Collaboration with Sales and Marketing: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine qualification criteria, lead handoff processes, and optimize sales funnel performance.
* Nurturing and Follow-Up: Ensure potential leads receive consistent, value-driven follow-up communications; establish automated workflows to nurture cold or long-term leads.
* System Management: Manage the day-to-day input of leads into the CRM platform, ensuring data integrity, timely updates, and smooth functionality across integrated systems.
* Data Maintenance: Oversee data entry, cleansing, and de-duplication activities to maintain accurate and reliable customer records.
* Any other duties as assigned by the UK Marketing Manager
Essential Criteria:
* Experience in lead qualification and sales operations.
* Experience of utilizing and maintaining a CRM system (MS Dynamics).
* Strong IT skills, with experience competently using Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and Outlook.
* Have effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, with individuals at all levels of seniority.
* Comfortable and successful operating in a fast-paced environment.
* A motivated and dynamic individual with an enthusiasm to learn and contribute.
