Job Details:

* 12-hour shifts

* Nights available

* £12.21 per hour

* 36 or 42-hour contracts available

Care Assistant Main Duties:

As a Care Assistant, you will be a vital part of our compassionate team. Your responsibilities will include:

* Assisting residents with daily living activities, including personal care

* Supporting residents with mobility and daily tasks

* Offering companionship and emotional support

* Assisting with meal times and feeding

* Maintaining a clean and tidy environment

* Keeping accurate records of care provided

* Reporting any changes in residents' conditions to senior staff

Care Assistant Requirements:

To succeed in this role, we are looking for individuals who possess:

* Previous experience as a Care Assistant (preferred but not essential)

* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

* A caring, compassionate, and patient nature

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
