Job Title: Ground worker

Location: Brixton

Hourly Rate: £20ph CIS 

Temporary to Permanent position

Day to Day duties of a Ground Worker:

The duties are all domestic
Fencing repair
Fencing Replacement
Gate Repair
Minor brickwork
Paving/Flagging repairs and install
Pointing
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) of a Ground worker:

Social Housing Experience
City & Guilds / NVQ - Groundworks
Driving License
