Job Summary:
They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join their team. As an LSA, you will provide individualized support to students with diverse needs, enabling them to access education and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and group support to students with diverse needs
- Assist teachers in planning, delivering, and evaluating lessons
- Develop and implement personalized learning plans
- Collaborate with other support staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to student support
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:
- Experience working with students with diverse needs (ASD, SEMH, Behaviour, physical disabilities, Down Syndrome)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing situations
- Commitment to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment
