Your Day-to-Day Adventure As our Group Hotel Reservations Executive, you’ll:
Be the Booking Hero: Manage group reservations from the go-ahead stage to the final deadline, ensuring smooth and seamless operations.

Collaborate with Confidence: Build strong relationships with hoteliers and suppliers while confirming services promptly.

Master Budgets: Book hotels within set budgets and boost profitability with your expert negotiation skills.

? Solve Challenges: Research and plan for tricky bookings in advance, ensuring a flawless experience.
? Stay Organized: Keep the Tourplan system updated to prioritize and streamline bookings.
? Work as a Team: Partner with contracting, accounting, and sales teams to deliver unforgettable travel experiences.
? What We’re Looking For Bring your passion and skills to the table! We’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced: With a background in reservations (B2B experience preferred) within a hotel or tour operator.

Knowledgeable: Familiar with key European travel destinations (Tourplan experience is a major bonus).

Skilled: Exceptional organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. Bonus points if you speak Italian, Spanish, French, or German! ?

Proactive: A self-starter with an eye for detail who thrives under pressure.

Leader Material: Previous experience in group hotel reservations and supervising teams of 6+ is a big plus!
