RPS are working with an international aerospace manufacturer who are looking to grow their current team in the North West by 50% over the next 12 months, following a series of new contract wins. As such, they are looking to recruit an experienced Quality Engineer to work from their facility on the Wirral.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support New Product Introduction

* Compile FAIR documentation AS9102

* Create Inspection Plan

* Support FMEA

* Compile concessions

* Action Customer Returns

* NCR & MRB control

* 8D, PFMEA, PSCA/Continuous Improvement

* Ensure close out of relevant RCCA

* Review Specifications

* Setup/Control Quality Report databases

* To support the Quality Manager in various tasks

Qualifications & Experience:

* Degree/HNC Engineering and/or Equivalent professional qualification

* Working knowledge of ISO Quality Management Systems and NADCAP

* Ability to audit to ISO AS9100/ISO9001

* Ability to implement Quality Systems and databases including process, flow charts and SPC

* Experience with continuous improvement techniques

* Computer literate (Excel proficient)

* Experience within composite manufacturing (Desirable)
