Carmichael UK are seeking an agent (who is looking for PM progression) to join a the resurfacing team at Heathrow airport.

As Agent you will be completing the change management to bridge the day shift with the delivery on the night shifts. 

You will be responsible for ensuring works are organised, as well as monitoring and directing the project execution to completion. You will also ensure contractors complete their duties within the scheduled time and budget.

About you

Experience working on Civils projects - airport or resurfacing experience is desirable 

Proven technical and project management abilities

Strong organisational and management skills

Knowledge of the requirements and implementation of CDM regulations

Ability to produce Work Package Plans, Task Briefing Sheets, and implement safe systems of work

Detailed knowledge of Safety, Quality and Environmental issues relevant to the project environment

Working pattern is as follows and you must be open to flexibility if required: 

Monday - Thursday: 10am - 10pm (12 hours) 

Friday: 8am - 1pm (5 hours) 

Work paid PAYE. Uplifts as necessary if working overtime
