We are looking for a Housing Strategy Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of key housing policies for a public sector organisation. As a Housing Strategy Project Manager, you will take ownership of developing and delivering housing strategies that align with national policies and local priorities. You will conduct research, engage stakeholders, and drive forward initiatives that address housing challenges and opportunities.

Relevant experience in project management and housing strategy is essential.

Key Responsibilities
·Develop and implement forward-thinking housing strategies to meet current and future needs
·Conduct in-depth research and data analysis to inform policy decisions
·Collaborate with government bodies, local authorities, and housing providers
·Lead multi-agency working groups to deliver strategic housing objectives
·Provide expert advice on housing-related issues and prepare reports for senior stakeholders
·Engage with communities and stakeholders to ensure policies reflect real needs
·Support housing development projects and regeneration programmes
 
About You
·You have a deep understanding of housing policy, strategy, and relevant legislation
·You're experienced in leading complex policy-driven projects within the housing sector
·You possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret housing data and trends
·You're a confident communicator, skilled at influencing and negotiating with senior stakeholders
·You have a proactive and strategic mindset, able to drive projects forward independently
·You have experience working with housing associations, government bodies, and local authorities
