Production Supervisor
Location: Pershore, UK
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
Salary: £13 - £15 per hour

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Pershore. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a background in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or manufacturing industries, particularly those with experience in clean room environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
Manage and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to achieve production targets.
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to optimise production workflows and resolve any issues promptly.
Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports as required.
Conduct regular inspections of the production area to ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity.Key Requirements:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or manufacturing industries.
Strong understanding of GMP and experience working in a clean room environment.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
