About the Role:

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Traffic Marshall to join our team at HMP Bullingdon. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a prison project, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and personnel on site.

Key Responsibilities:

* Direct and manage traffic flow within the construction site.

* Ensure the safety of pedestrians and vehicles.

* Communicate effectively with drivers and site personnel.

* Monitor and control access to the site.

* Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

* Must not have a criminal record.

* Willingness to undergo a DBS Check and EL1 Clearance check (costs covered by us).

* Valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman certification.

* CPCS or NPORS qualification is required.

* Strong communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Punctuality and reliability.
