Joint Living Property (HMO)/Supported Accommodation Move on roles are Support and Inclusion Officer/Landlord Liaison Team Procurement type roles. Bit of a blend of both. Needs to be able to work face to face with customers in these settings so no remote workers. Hybrid role with regular local presence required
Maximise this short-term post to support providers and clients to move as many people who are ready to move on from supported housing as possible
Ensure provider staff develop a good knowledge of all move on options across the BCP area to be able to support their clients in future
To develop staff and client recognition of the importance of daily activities and structure for people moving on
Ensure positive relationships are in place between supported housing providers and other housing providers, partners and landlords/agents to secure a steady supply of good quality accommodation.
To ensure moves from supported housing are sustainable and meet the client’s needs
