Job Title: Level 3 Primary School Teaching Assistant - Early Years 

Location: Stockport, SK6

Salary: £1750 - £1800 per month

Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary School Teaching Assistant to join our passionate team of educators specifiically qualified with a Level 3 in EYFS of some form. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the teaching and learning activities within the primary school, fostering a positive and inclusive environment for our students. This will also be a September start position on a long term basis.

Responsibilities:

Assist the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of the students.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, ensuring that individual learning needs are met.
Support students in developing social and emotional skills, promoting a positive classroom environment.
Assist in the assessment of student progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting AND relevant qualification (Level 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate in EYFS).
A genuine passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, teachers, and parents.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
