Description
Manage debtor accounts and ensure timely debt payment
Maximise cash collections and minimise aged debt
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Prepare and present monthly reports on collection activities and achievements
Identify and resolve invoicing issues, queries and disputes
Work closely with the sales team to ensure credit issues are minimised
Comply with company and industry regulationsProfile
A successful Credit Control should have:
A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
Experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry
Strong knowledge of debt collection regulations and procedures
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesJob Offer
An hourly wage of £15 - £17, depending on experience
