Fabric Engineer (Handyperson)

Contract: Minimum 3 Months

Location: Exeter

Salary: £37,000

Our client is currently recruiting a Fabric Technician/ Handyperson to join their team with the view to start on 01/04/2025. The purpose of this role is to support the Facilities Department with all aspects of Facilities Management including Maintenance & Repairs.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8am - 5pm.

Duties:

Carry out property maintenance and repair works logged to ensure our targets are achieved.
Ensure buildings and services are maintained in a good state of repair.
Support the Facilities team to ensure all key performance targets are delivered for the Health and Safety monitoring schedule.
Health and Safety Knowledge
Support our appointed Security Company with the implementation of all site security, providing a back-up support where necessary.

Experience/ Qualifications Required:

Multi Skilled across a variety of trades (basic electrical, basic plumbing, decorating, carpentry, general maintenance and repairs)
Health & Safety knowledge
No criminal record
