Our Client is a building services specialist, experienced in providing complete mechanical and electrical services to largescale city centre projects. Due to continued growth my client is looking for an Electrical Site Manager to join an exciting and fast-growing team. (Perm)

* Have worked on high end apartment builds previously.

* Used to working in a fast paced environment.

* Strong leader who can provide solutions fast

* Reporting into a site based Project Manager

Duties will include:

* Overseeing Electrical aspects of the project

* Carry out QA and snagging reports

* Complete H&S paperwork

* Package management

* Leadership and Teamwork

* Overseeing day to day operations on-site

* Experience in working on high rise/ office blocks

* Attending project progress meetings

* Coordinating direct staff and subcontractors to ensure project is ran in line with the programme
