Are you seeking a new opportunity on a permanent basis as a debt recovery officer managing the full end to end resolution approach for our debt recovery service.

As a debt recovery officer, you will ensure everything runs smoothly. Your main duties will include:

Overseeing a personal portfolio of accounts, ensuring reduced arrears, improved cash collection, and minimized bad debt, utilizing various communication methods.
Taking responsibility for effective portfolio management, balancing fast-paced delivery with maintaining high-quality standards.
Actively participating in and contributing to the Income Strategy, Department Plan, Policies & Procedures, 1-2-1s, and Team Meetings.
Making well-informed decisions regarding portfolio management, ensuring a balance between quick execution and quality outcomes.
Performing various administrative tasks and business processes as necessary to support the role's responsibilities.
Be able to maintain accurate records of all transactions and communication and to manage these records effectively.We're looking for candidates who have an excellent business ethic, able to work on your own initiative, comfortable in a fast paced environment and exceptional communication and customer service skills. Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment is also key.
