U-Educate collaborates closely with a range of primary schools in Portsmouth, offering support through experienced and dedicated temporary supply teachers. These teachers assist regularly with PPA, course, and sickness cover in schools.

We also partner with schools in nearby areas, including Havant, Waterlooville, Cosham, Fareham, and more!

Our temporary supply teachers earn from £140 (experience dependant) per day for short-term and ad-hoc assignments, with performance-based pay negotiated for longer-term roles.

Due to high demand, we are seeking temporary Primary Supply Teachers available to work from just one day a week up to five days a week. We invite applications from specialists in Early Years, KS1, and KS2, as we cover ages from Reception to Year 6.

Responsibilities:
• Take a flexible approach to teaching with strong interpersonal skills, ensuring all students reach their full potential.
• Collaborate effectively with staff, visitors, and external agencies.
• Have a working knowledge of safeguarding protocols and report any concerns.
• Contribute positively to the school’s culture.
• Maintain responsibility for your own health and safety, and report any concerns.

Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Enhanced DBS Disclosure
• At least two relevant references
• A passion for and solid understanding of working with primary schools in the local area to help maintain high standards
