With an impressive annual turnover of approximately £120 million, they specialise in reinforced concrete frames, groundworks, and demolition. Project values vary based on the scope of work, with their largest current project, encompassing all their areas of expertise, valued at around £30 million.

About the role

Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is need for a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Department on projects ranging from £5m - £30m. As the Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of costs with an end goal of maximising the project profit margin and ensuring delivery of payment whilst developing future client relationships.

About the requirements

* This role is best suited to an experienced Quantity Surveyor with demonstrable skills developed with a civil engineering or RC Frame and groundwork subcontractor.

* Ideally be Degree educated within Quantity Surveying.

* 4+ years experience with a Civil or RC Frame and Groundwork contractor.
