Are you a skilled General Foreman with experience in the water sector? Our client, a leading solution provider based in the West Midlands, is seeking a driven and passionate General Foreman to join their growing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Site Manager to oversee and execute complex projects, making a direct impact on the success and quality of our work.

Kickstart Projects: Together with the Site Manager, you will set up projects for success by implementing cutting-edge frameworks and systems.
Optimise & Innovate: You will enforce best practises and maximise resources, maintaining a strong momentum on site.
Safeguard Success: With a keen eye on security, you will assess and manage risks, ensuring the appropriate measures are in place to protect our projects.
Champion Safety: Safety is our top priority, and you will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance with regulations and our own high standards.
Methodical Mastery: You will work meticulously with method statements and risk assessments, ensuring every task is performed with precision and care.
Drive Excellence: Your oversight will ensure strict adherence to all Health, Safety & Environmental (HS&E) policies, keeping our work on track and up to the highest standards.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
A solid background in construction, with an ONC or HNC in a related discipline.
Essential certifications including SMSTS/SSSTS and First Aid.
Preferably, you are trained in confined spaces, bringing an extra level of expertise to our team.
Ideally, you have experience in the water treatment industry (non-infrastructure), giving you the insight needed to excel in this role
