Brief Description:

Protea Recruitment is seeking a Quality Manager with 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment to lead our client's Quality Assurance function. You will manage the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with safety, legality, and quality standards, and oversee the QA team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the Quality Management System and ensure compliance with regulations.

* Lead and develop the QA team.

* Maintain and communicate the HACCP plan.

* Oversee quality audits and production paperwork.

* Participate in TACCP and VACCP teams.

About You:

* Ideally degree-qualified in a scientific discipline.

* Experience with HACCP, Food Hygiene, and quality systems.

* Internal auditor training and high-care environment experience preferred.
