£421 - £525 per day

Minimum 6-month contract

Remote working with occasional travel to Bristol

Sellick Partnership Ltd are currently recruiting for a Contract Manager to join one of our Bristol based clients of an interim basis to assist with the implementation of a new NEC4 Facilities Management contract

Daily duties of the Contract Manager consists of:

Manage the implementation of the NEC4 Facilities Management contract
Lead on contractual performance and delivery
Providing commercial leadership and strategic interventions to maximise value for money in line with the commercial terms of contracts
Provide commercial assurance and strategic commercial direction including the co-ordination of related projects delivered through the contract
Ensure effective monitoring to secure contract compliance including appropriate lines of supplier engagement, achieving value for money for the councilEssential requirements of the Contract Manager:

Previous experience in managing a portfolio of contracts
Extensive knowledge of apply contract law within a diverse/complex organisation
