Rate: £17.00/hr on Umbrella

Working Hours: 8am to 6pm

Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure that our facilities are well-maintained and in good working order.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.

* Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.

* Identify and report the need for major repairs.

* Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.

* Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.

* CSCS card

* Own tools and PPE

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.

* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
