Job Description:

* Role: As a Sales Order Processor, you will be responsible for managing and processing customer orders efficiently and accurately.

* Responsibilities:

* Receive and review customer orders.

* Enter order details into the company's system.

* Coordinate with production and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery.

* Communicate with customers regarding order status and any issues.

* Maintain accurate records of orders and inventory.

* Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders.

* Travel from time to time to meet with clients and suppliers.

* Requirements:

* Previous experience in order processing or a similar role.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.

* Proficiency in using order management software and Microsoft Office.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

* Fluency in German is imperative
