Job Title: Team Leader
Location: Close to Newmarket, Suffolk (Transport essential)
Salary: £negotiable DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday 3pm - 11pm
Contract Type: Full time, permanent

Our client based close to Newmarket is looking for a Team Leader to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
As a Team Leader your duties will include:
* Managing Production staff, keeping motivation and morale high
* Following production processes and meeting targets
* Monitor inventory levels to ensure production process runs smoothly
* Developing and motivating team members.
An ideal candidate for the Team Leader will have:
* Previous experience managing a production team
* Excellent communication skills, verbal & written
* Strong leadership and problem solving skills.
