Housing Services Manager (Neighbourhood & Community)

Location: Durham or Ashington

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 37 per week

Salary: £51,318 per annum (inclusive of car allowance)

Closing Date: Friday 25th October 2024, 5pm.

Are you a customer centric leader who can lead on service delivery of outstanding housing management services?If so, then our Housing Services Manager (Neighbourhood & Community) post is for you.

About the role:

* We’re looking for a talented customer centric leader to lead the delivery of exceptional housing services that are customer focussed, accessible and visible.

* You'll drive a culture that values and prioritises customer satisfaction, ensuring that our tenants are at the heart of everything we do.

* You will drive forward our neighbourhood service offer, which includes allocation of our homes, tenancy management and community safety.

About you:

You will need:

* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing people and bringing people together.

* Strong background in Neighbourhood Management and ASB/Community Safety.

* Strong performance management background
