With a strong reputation for excellence and innovation, we are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support the successful delivery of our projects.
The Role
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial aspects of retail refurbishment and fit-out projects. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will play a key role in contract management, cost control, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing Construction Management Contracts and contract administration
* Handling JCT Contracts and Collateral Warranties
* Procuring and managing trade packages
* Producing cash flow forecasts, valuations, and financial reports
* Managing variations and Final Accounts (FA)
* Preparing and delivering weekly commercial reports
* Attending design and progress meetings to support project delivery
Skills & Experience
* Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
* Experience in fast-track retail, commercial, or similar projects
* Strong understanding of JCT contracts and construction financial management
* Well-organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Effective communicator who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Based in or around London, with flexibility to travel to project sites when required
