Trevett Services have an exciting freelance opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a specialist electrical subcontractor in Rochester.

This is an initial 3 - 6 month refurbishment project in a highly secure environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

* To lead major M&E projects, delivering project solutions to budget, time and quality requirements.

* Take profit and loss responsibility for those projects allocated to you.

* To own each project and delivery with a high degree of attention to design, construction and financial detail.

* Set and manage management and client expectations through clear communications centred around programme/construction programme,

Essential experience the Project Manager would need:

* Previously managed M&E projects

* Must have a minimun of LE1 or CTC clearance
