Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced and qualified Reception Teacher for a dynamic and inclusive three-form entry primary academy located in Slough. This school, part of a well-resourced academy trust, provides a supportive and collaborative teaching environment with access to extensive facilities.

Role Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons for Reception students following EYFS standards
Establish a positive and structured environment to support early learning and development
Collaborate effectively with the Classroom TA to enhance learning outcomes
Differentiate materials to meet the diverse needs of young learners
Participate in weekly staff meetings and contribute to the teaching teamCandidate Requirements:

UK-recognized Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Legal right to work in the UK
Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and early childhood development
A positive, proactive approach to teaching and learning
Full-time availability for a long-term role starting in November 2024 or January 2025What the School Offers:
