Are you passionate about working with children in a primary school Tezlom is currently recruiting QTS Teacher to work in primary school based in colnbrook/Slough.

About the Role:

* Create and execute individual education plans for each of the students in your care

* Communicate with other staff and family members about each student’s progress

* Prepare detailed lesson plans in advance

* Use individualised reinforcement techniques to keep each student on the path toward greatness

* Invite family members to participate in each student’s educational progress

* Create and distribute progress reports quarterly

* Confer with on-site therapist over disciplinary and behavioural issues with students

* Create a safe, productive classroom environment

Requirements:

* Teaching qualification (QTS)

* Experience working in a Primary school

* Experience working with multiple disabilities, including autism spectrum, ADD and ADHD, learning disabilities, developmental delays and abuse/neglect issues will be a bonus !

* Positive, compassionate personality

* Ability to evaluate students accurately and objectively

* Excellent communication and teaching skills
