Freelance Site Manager - Interior Fit Out - Manchester

MCG Construction are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee an interior fit-out project in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and hands-on Site Manager to take charge of a fast-paced project, ensuring high standards of delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee the fit-out project from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce site safety regulations and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.

Subcontractor Coordination: Manage and liaise with subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow.

Progress Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide regular project updates.

Problem-Solving: Address any site challenges proactively to keep the project on track.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing interior fit-out projects.

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.

Strong understanding of health & safety regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
