Lead and manage key corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, and more.
Provide expert advice on corporate governance, shareholders' agreements, and company law.
Handle a variety of private equity and corporate finance matters.
Oversee corporate reorganisations and related transactions, ensuring smooth execution.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while mentoring and supporting junior team members.
Contribute to the corporate team’s business development efforts and strategic growth goals.About You:

A UK solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience.
Experience with corporate transactional work.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead on complex corporate matters.

Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Supervisory Experience.
