What will your role look like?

As a Lettings Negotiator, your day-to-day tasks will include:

* Visiting properties for initial appraisals

* Photographing properties and listing them online (our client will provide training with the professional camera)

* Liaising with tenants regarding property access

* Setting up and conducting property viewings

* Handling negotiations and offers

* Contacting and updating clients and/or directors

* Assisting team members with site inspections and ad hoc office tasks
