How you’ll power our business as an Marketing Executive - Automation
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Automation Executive to join our Marketing team. We are working to be industry leading disruptors of the traditional B2C energy market, with a customer centric and digital first approach to our consumer and cylinder businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales & marketing automation.
Reporting to the Consumer Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders from across the Flogas Britain business, predominantly consumer and cylinder, as well as the wider DCC Energy group businesses where necessary, to own the development and execution of processes and campaigns that help digitise key customer touchpoints within the retention and acquisition channels, whilst driving customer engagement and revenue growth.

What we’ll need from you
The ideal candidate should possess experience and a proven track record in sales and marketing automation, particularly within the B2C space. Knowledge of the energy sector is not essential.
They should have 2+ years of experience in marketing automation, with a focus on B2C campaigns and demonstrable strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Other key skills include:
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in marketing automation software and tools, including Apps and AI and other web tools to help streamline processes.
• Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
• Excellent project management skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
• Creativity and innovation in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Understanding of customer behaviour and market trends.
• Continuous learning to stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation.
• Previous experience of sales and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot (or similar) would be desirable, but not essential.
