This is a vital role which will require a significant contribution to help successfully deliver the business objectives. You will support the Team to drive forward group quality standards ensuring all global suppliers meet company policy requirements. You will be a significant member of the team with very strong influencing ability.

• To effectively manage and build relations with growers and suppliers
• To help the commercial team develop quality, safe, legal and innovative products
• To understand and exceed customer expectations
• To achieve cost reductions, quality improvements and service enhancements

The Qualities we want to see…
• Superb communication and strong negotiation skills
• A successful track record of strong relationship building
• Minimum five years fresh produce experience
• Strong understanding of 3rd party packing
• Excellent attention to detail with clear focus on end results
• Personal integrity
• Spanish would be a distinct advantage
