Key Responsibilities:

* Proactive monitoring of IT systems

* Installation & Configuration of hardware, software, and IT infrastructure

* Diagnosing system errors and other issues

* Help desk and incident management

* Ensuring IT support processes are followed and documented

* Troubleshooting and problem-solving to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction

* Providing onsite and remote support
