Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Location: Doncaster

Salary: £95 to £120 per day

The Cover Supervisor role involves supervising classrooms, delivering pre-set lessons, and maintaining a positive learning environment. Responsibilities of the Cover Supervisor:

Supervise classes and deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
Ensure students are engaged and stay focused on their work.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining a positive learning environment.
Support students in completing their work to the best of their abilities.
Report back to teaching staff on student progress and any issues that arise during lessons.
Requirements of the Cover Supervisor:

Strong communication and organisational skills.
Confidence in managing groups of students and maintaining classroom discipline.
A genuine interest in working with young people and supporting their learning.
Previous experience in a school setting is beneficial but not essential.
Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards challenges.

Have an updated CV (covering last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
