Contract: Full-Time, Rolling with Potential to Become Permanent
Salary: £150 - £200 per day (dependent on experience)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Design and Technology (DT) Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Wallasey, starting from the 22nd April 2025, after the Easter holidays. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to make a real impact on students' lives, encouraging their creativity and practical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering engaging and inspiring Design and Technology lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Planning, preparing, and assessing students' work in line with the school's curriculum.
Promoting the development of students' problem-solving, creativity, and technical skills.
Managing classroom behaviour to ensure a positive and safe learning environment.
Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to the wider school community.The Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Strong knowledge and experience of teaching Design and Technology at secondary school level.
Passion for inspiring students and fostering their development in the subject.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic school environment.This is a full-time, rolling contract with the potential to become permanent, based on performance and the needs of the school. The daily rate will range from £150 - £200, depending on experience and qualifications.
