Regional Sales Manager – Scotland & Central Belt
Location: Hybrid – Home, Showroom & Field-Based
Salary: £45,000 + £2,000 Bonus + Uncapped Commission

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a background in access automation, electronic security, smart infrastructure, or parking technology? This is a warm sales role — you'll take over a portfolio of 100+ active customer accounts and follow up on warm leads. No cold calling. Just the chance to build long-term relationships and drive real growth in a thriving region.

£45,000 base salary
£2,000 annual bonus (MBO)

Access Automation / Electronic Security (gates, barriers, bollards, CCTV, entry systems)
Smart Parking, ANPR, EV charging technology
Building Management Systems (BMS), IoT, Smart Cities solutions
Field Sales, System Integration, or similar technical sales rolesYou’ll Be Responsible For:
Managing and nurturing a wide portfolio of existing accounts
Re-engaging dormant customers and converting inbound leads
Delivering engaging product demonstrations and site visits
Liaising with installers, contractors, and decision-makers
