Holt Recruitment is working on behalf of a leading company in the construction attachments industry, looking for a highly motivated Area Sales Manager to cover the Yorkshire & Northern UK region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business with a strong reputation for premium products and outstanding customer service.

The Role:
As an Area Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of your region, developing and maintaining customer relationships while driving new business. You will:
Spend four days a week in the field, visiting clients across the Midlands & North UK
Work one day a week from home or the Leicester office
Develop and implement a structured sales plan to grow revenue
Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales
Build relationships with key decision-makers, from plant operators to managing directors
Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless customer support
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and update account development plans
Attend monthly sales meetings to contribute to the overall business strategy
 
What We’re Looking For:
Field sales experience, Plant/Construction equipment experience preferred but not essential
Self-motivation and initiative, with the ability to manage your own territory effectively
Excellent communication skills, confident dealing with clients at all levels
Results-driven mindset with a passion for meeting targets and driving revenue growth
Organised and strategic thinker, with the ability to plan and prioritise effectively
